You need to download the GoTo application and register to create an account. Once the registration is verified and processed, you can choose a vehicle closest to where you're at and make a reservation for the time that you're planning to use it. You can make a reservation for minutes, hours or days.
The rest of the cars (zero emission) can be found on the streets. To use them you simply need to make a reservation through the GoTo App.

The applicable rates will be those in force at the time of formalizing the respective rental reservation and indicated from time to time in the "Rates" section included on the GoTo website or in the GoTo App.
The cost per minute of use of the vehicle, which may be subject to change, will always be displayed on the GoTo App prior to the Customer reserving the vehicle. Ensuring the Customer is aware of the price GoTo charges for the vehicle before the respective rental reservation.
The range of rates per minute of use of the vehicle goes from 0,10€/min to 0,40€/min.
You can also do that within the app by going to the menu and choosing "change the plan".
Those cars are electric, so you can move around all of Madrid.
Roundtrip service is perfect when you need the car for a longer period. Starting from a few hours to a few days, charged at an hourly rate. Cars need to be returned to the same parking space where they were collected.
You can reserve it even 3 months in advance.

You can refuel the cars for free at any of the designated stations.
You will find a CEPSA fuel card to fill the tank for free if necessary. When you go to refuel, call us at +34 91 323 56 11, and we will generate your refuelling code. Without this code, you will not be able to make the payment.
Roundtrip cars: It's important to finish your reservation in the place where you started your reservation.
One-Way cars: You can finish your trip in designated parking spaces within our service area.

If you need to modify your reservation, you can do it easily through our app or by calling us. Please note that it is possible to cancel the total amount of your reservation or reduce its duration, free of charge 6h before the start of your reservation*. In case of cancellation/reduction of the reservation less than 6h in advance, a charge of 25% of the amount of the cancelled time or 50% in case of cancellation less than one hour before the start of the reservation will be charged.
In case of reducing the reservation less than one hour before the start, a full charge will be made for the first 2 hours of the reservation and a charge of 50% for the remaining hours.
*In the case of reservations for more than one day, the above rules only apply to the first 24 hours and the rest will be free of charge.
If you wish another person to drive you have the option of adding additional drivers to your account free of charge.
There is a penalty for returning the car later than the reservation completion time.
You cannot park in areas with any type of parking restriction, be it hourly, day of the week or due to the celebration of an event.
Many of us travel with GoTo, and some of our members have allergies to pet hair. We have to make sure everyone is safe, so we can't allow animals.
There are surcharges for those users who smoke on GoTo.
If these 15 minutes expire before the trip begins, you can extend the waiting time for a fee that is half the price per minute of your plan.
Roundtrip cars can be reserved up to 3 months ahead of your trip.

Remember to click on the "Stop-over" button in the App. Thanks to this, you will only pay 50% of the regular minute price while not driving.
Regarding our Roundtrip cars, you do not need to click "Stop-Over" as you set up a reservation for the vehicle for a specific period.

Please note that items not claimed after 30 days will be donated.
For own damage coverage, applicable for accident cases in which the Member is at fault, we have several types of insurance: Per trip, monthly and annual.
Basic Insurance: If the travel or premium insurance is not contracted, the GoTo rate includes the following excess:
-For those under 21 years of age or with less than one year of driving license, the deductible is 1.250€, which is reduced to 300€ when paying the monthly Premium insurance modality of 9,99€ that is mandatory.
-For the rest of the users: the franchise is: 950€
-Regardless of the foregoing, in the event of a claim and the user in question does not notify the Company as indicated in the Terms and Conditions within 5 hours of the claim, the deductible will be equal to the total amount of damages caused both to the vehicle and to third parties (including personal and material damages) plus 450€ for not notifying.
The monthly and annual insurance is renewed automatically, if you do not wish to continue with your modality, write to us at least 15 days in advance.
For car (and van) rental, if you have less than 1 year of driving license, you are obliged to contract the monthly insurance of 9,99€.
For rentals without a fuel card, you can only contract the annual Premium insurance of 59,99€ at the time of booking through the customer service department.
Over 21 years of age:
- One-Way Service: when contracting the travel insurance of 1,29€/trip, the excess waiver is reduced to 0€.
- Roundtrip (Rentacar) cars mini, compact, family or family plus category: when contracting the travel insurance of 2,49€/trip, the excess waiver is reduced to 0€.
- Roundtrip cargo van (Rentacar): when contracting the travel insurance of €4,99/trip, the excess waiver is reduced to 0€.
- One-Way service: when contracting the travel insurance o, 1.29€/trip, the excess waiver is reduced to 100€.
- Roundtrip (Rentacar) cars mini, compact, family or family plus category: when contracting the travel insurance of 2,49€/trip, the excess waiver is reduced to 100€.
- Roundtrip cargo van (Rentacar): when contracting the travel insurance of €4,99/trip, the excess waiver is reduced to 100€.

If the damage you have noticed has already been detailed in a previous report, you are not required to do anything.
However, if you can't see any mention of the damage in previous reports, please record it yourself or that damage will be assigned to your usage during your booking.

The round trip service (Rentacar) is perfect when you need a car for a longer period of time, from 2 hours to several days, paying an hourly or daily rate. We have +100 parking lots all over Madrid where you can pick up and return your car.
Please note that these vehicles are hybrid or combustion vehicles and we pay for the fuel! In addition, we include basic insurance, but you can ride stress-free for only 9,99€/month and reduce your excess to 0€.

GoTo vehicles are protected by insurance, which covers, among other things, mandatory civil liability.
For the coverage of own damages, applicable for the cases of accident in which the Member is at fault, we have several insurance modalities: Per trip, monthly and annual.
